The Frances G. Hopkins, RN Memorial Scholarship Fund is available to student residents from Dover, New Hampshire, who currently attend Dover High School, Portsmouth Christian Academy, or St. Thomas Aquinas High School (Dover, NH),  and who plan to enter a career in nursing or education.

Two $1,500 scholarships will be awarded annually and will be selected by a Committee of members of Fran's family. Applicants will be selected based on the quality of the application, their demonstrated intention to pursue nursing or elementary education, and merit.

To be considered for an annual award, applicants shall submit applications via the website no later than April 15, 2025. Scholarship recipients will be announced on or about June 1.
